Leanna and the Beaumont team were extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable when it came to assisting a newbie like me in a bathroom renovation. They were also able to recommend an excellent tradesman. I would definitely use Beaumont again.

The level of customer service that I received from Leanna has been outstanding. She went over and beyond for me and I can not thank her enough. Not only does Beaumont have beautiful products but to have such diligent and committed customer service made my whole experience with Beaumont Manly a pleasant one. The people at Beaumont tiles at manly are always so professional and helpful. I have personally gone to John for numerous quotes and advice and he cannot be more accommodating, prompt and honest. I ordered some beautiful tiles from them and they came very quickly. They were very easy to collect. They have an outstanding, large and good quality range of tiles, vanities, taps, sinks, etc. And if they don't have it in store they will check to see if it can be specially ordered. I very much recommend shopping at Beaumont tiles manly!

John from north manly was extremely helpful with locating additional tiles and organised faster delivery as I was in desperate need to have the tiles asap . Even gave out his personal number to help me further with my mission to complete the job , furthermore also helping me put the tiles in my van and is someone I’ll always refer and go to in the future

We had an amazing experience with the Sophie during our tile selection process for our home renovations. Sophie was incredibly creative, and her suggestions made our decision-making much easier, which was a relief as the decisions around home renovations can become tiresome! Since we are dealing with lots of different people in different trades in this process, (so we have a lot of people to compare our interactions) it was great to deal with Sophie who has a great disposition and provided helpful information about the process and design. We highly recommend Sophie for anyone needing assistance with their selections.

Great customer service from John at Beaumont Tiles North Manly who handled my tile order. He is very knowledgeable on tiles, stock availability and organised delivery. John kept in constant communication on delivery timeframes and reconfirmed our desired delivery date. John was also later able to help with grout colour selection. Great service.

John, Sophie and all the team at Beaumont Tiles North Manly absolutely went above and beyond to expedite our tile orders at a time when tradies and suppliers were shutting down for Xmas holidays and we were living with a half finished bathroom and major stress. I now have two beautiful, freshly-renovated bathrooms thanks in no small part to Beaumont Tiles at North Manly. I went there on the recommendation of my dear mother, who received excellent service from them a few months earlier.From the minute I walked in there I was looked after by Sophie, who greatly impressed me with her extensive knowledge of the product range and after just a few hours in the store I had identified and ordered all the items I needed for my en suite and main bathroom, from wall & floor tiles to taps & towel racks.The items were first class, looked fabulous and were well-priced. We did have a hiccup with the first delivery, but Sophie and John bent over backwards to make sure the next one was much smoother and we were able to complete the job on-time.
