Not sure if this is where my delivery came from but it's the closest Cupcake Central so it seems the best bet.Have gotten delivery of the 30 Assorted Babycake Gift Box twice now (for different occasions) and they were consistently good. Cake was moist and flavours were sweet but not overly so.They do normal sized cupcakes as well as mini ones (babycakes) in a wide variety of flavours that change with the seasons. They also do cakes (1-2 business day notice) and cookies that look amazing, but I haven't tried them yet. Vegan and gluten-free options available too.Cupcake Central currently offers same day delivery for orders placed before 12pm (and over $45), and free delivery for orders over $40.

I had the BEST experience dealing with the cupcake central team! From quick responses and assisting me with ensuring my order was gluten free and vegan I could not recommend them highly enough. I ordered the mini cupcakes and they were a perfect size and tasted delicious. I will certainly be using them for any upcoming events moving forward!

The business is ill-prepared to handle delivery issues, as evidenced by the attached image showing a damaged cupcake resulting from a delivery problem. However, the customer service team is failing to address any of the concerns. Their proposed solution is simply providing a gift card that expires today, leaving us confused about its significance. This is especially concerning since our party is scheduled for tomorrow morning.

I ordered cupcakes for my girlfriend from Cupcake Central. The employee was very friendly and helpful when I contacted him about a change. The delivery was smooth and everything arrived on time. My girlfriend says the cpcakes are very tasty and moist. Therefore five stars from me. I can only recommend this store.

Ordered some bespoke cupcakes from the UK for a very dear friend in Australia. Not only was I impressed the selection and service, my friend was delighted with the cupcakes that were received, definitely helped make a special birthday even more special. Cup Cake Central has been exceptional since day1! Was genuinely gutted when they closed their shop in Eastland shopping centre, but thrilled they are back online.My family have each our favorites, mine being the carrot cake with the salted caramel coming a very close sesond. I have heard the red velvet, vanilla and chocolate are to die for too. I particularly like the size of mini cup cakes, not too big that it makes you a bit sick and not too little that it leaves you feeling a bit cheated.The online ordering process is straightforward and they stick to their delivery times.Pls open a store in Westfield Knox...would be an asset to the centre.

The lovely Chappy who delivered my daughter’s cupcakes had to wait for someone to recieve them. He was so patient. The cupcakes were beautifully presented and gluten free as ordered. They tasted delicious. We highly recommended this wonderful company.
