My Grandaughter who is 13 bought a Cadbury chocolate last week at Night Owl, Mains Rd Sunnybank. She bought it for her Mum who was in the car outside with a brand new baby. The milk chocolate was white and dried out (old) and she returned it immediately only to be told it was opened so there would be no refund. As my Grandaughter did not want to disappoint her Mum, she bought another one and was charged full price by the same service person. To me, you are showing a greedy business ethic where the customer's satisfaction is secondary to making a profit. And you are showing this attitude to a child! Disgusted. I have made a complaint to your head office (with photo) which if this was just me, I would simply leave and not go back however, I feel it is important to teach my Grandaughter that she is important and should not be treated this way and I never want her to treat anybody this way either.

I was a regular customer for many years under the previous management but unfortunately with its new management everything has gone downhill especially customer service with its very rude cashier staff. The very rude and arrogant young lady that served me yesterday morning had no idea about customer service. I witnessed she also treated everyone else in a bad way and saw the disappointing looks of others whilst there, I will never be going back that's for sure.

Today when I asked for bag she asked me to pay 10c. And she was working yesterday as well but didn't charge me for the bag. So what's exactly the policy? And please teach staff how to talk with politely". She answered very rudely. When I asked I didn't charge at other stores she said "that's someone's store this is our store." This is not the way to answer."

VERY unpleasant experience, got fuel from this place, double charged me. Going back asking for a refund, insist me to get a bank statement, regardless I have show them all the transactions on the bank app. The manage comes out and refunded (Finally), but I can't see my app having any transactions at all, showing it back to the manager, he saying the transaction will go through the following midnight. So alright.So today (two days later), I am still having no sign of a refund transaction, tried to call back to this place, the staff yelled at me saying it takes 7-10 days for that to gone through, and I need to contact the bank, so why did you guys tell me its gonna gone through the coming midnight?is it that hard to give a explanation? Is it my fault for being double charged at your place? Why is it me that need to suffer all this time dealing with you people?Who ever staff just picked up my phone call 08:55 1/6/23" I am seriously not appreciating your manner and I can't see you are trying to solve the issue"

Grabbed a sausage roll and pie from the store for lunch yesterday. They were a good price, a fresh product and it was warm enough. The sole worker was quick and friendly with his service. Great store and would be even better if they had more of these hot food products.

Absolute rubbish customer service . 9/11/21 @ 9.10 A.M , I just rang to confirm the price for diesel and this utterly rude lady talks down on me when I just asked her so politely if that price was correct but no !! she has to very rudely tell that she cannot tell me anything !!! Well I'd rather pay even more somewhere else than be spoken to as if I'm going to give her covid over the phone . ADVICE FOR YOU LADY : DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB THEN GO DO SOMETHING ELSE ...DONT TRY SHOOTING CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE !!!!!
