Story House Early Learning Mascot

My daughter has been attending here 4 days a week for just over 1 year and enjoys her time there. Learning new things, healthy meals and lots of play time with her friends, she comes home smarter and more independent everyday. Thank you everyone and a special shout out to all the educators in the seals room :)

Ever since my kid attended SHEL, I have noticed a positive attitude in his overall behaviour. He looks confident, more active and at least tries to engage with other kids. The overall environment is very clean, spacious and child friendly. The kids also seem to enjoy their meal. The educators and the service manager are also very friendly and update us frequently about our kids weekly activities and other development. I would definitely recommend SHEL to anyone who is looking for a good quality child care for their kid.

This early learning centre has been very good for my daughter. She’s enjoyed her time with the educators immensely. My husband and I always feel confident when we send our daughter to SHEL Mascot as we know she will be in capable hands all day until we pick her up.

We were checking almost all childcares around Mascot and the surrounding area, we found that Story House is the best in terms of facilities, space, cleanliness, and ratings.We had been using a private nanny for 20 months, but thinking it's time for our son to start learning from peers as he's already too active to just play at home. To my surprise, he's transitioning very well in the SEALS room (18-24 mths). The educators are extremely patient, professional, friendly, lovely and good looking! We love the activities that Abby prepared for kids. I give credit where credit's due: Abby, Yvette, and Cynthia are doing a great job looking after my son.I genuinely recommend Story House to parents looking for the childcare in the area. Parking is also very easy as they have a basement parking. Simply the best!

Incredibly disappointing. Appalling level of care. Promised the world on my tour and the level of care did not at all deliver.Would avoid this centre at all costs.*Edit- was called and asked to take down review from centre director Kavita. Perhaps this is why there is very little in the way of ‘real’ reviews for this centre.Speaks volumes about the priorities this centre has. Perhaps if they put as much time and effort into the expectations of staff for the children in their care as they did damage control they wouldn’t have a problem in the first place.

Our 6-month son began his journey with Story house in February 2022 and ever since then I have seen his growth in a very positive way. The atmosphere at the day care is friendly that surely helps him. This was our first day care that we ever checked, and we were sold at the interaction, information and confidence shown by the staff members. We get regular updates regarding his food, sleep, and nappy changes through their app. We look forward to seeing his picture performing and learning new tasks every day. Kudos to all the staff at SHEL doing an amazing job at looking after the kids in such wonderful way!!!

I’ve done a number of tours to find a childcare centre for my son. Pleasingly, Story House Early Learning Mascot ticked all the boxes. The centre is spacious, clean and well organised. Kind, professional and enthusiastic educators assist my son adapting well to his new environment. The centre manager is approachable, always address my concerns. There is a safe underground carpark making so convenient to pick up and drop off.Definitely, this is an amazing atmosphere for my son to grow and learn.

Nurturing, patient, and caring educators, interesting and fun activities which are suitable for my 2 year old daughter Skylar’s development, seasonal menu, as well as onsite chef cooking fresh meals daily. Thanks to all the educators in the dolphins room, Skylar has settled in much quicker than I expected. It’s noticeable that she is now more active, more friendly, and can sleeps so much better.

Storyhouse Mascot is a very good centre. The educators are very nice and good with the kids and they provide a good range of activities on a daily basis. The educators are patient and kind and willing to work with parents to address specific issues with the kids. My son attends 5 days and I am very happy with them.
