Very poor customer service I have to await 20 minutes for service.I noticed there was two starf-memebers. One was working on the folk lift the other person was on the personal phone call to a friend I can heard her saying I see you when I get home. I was standing in front of the counter for her attention.Very, Very, very poor service.

When you first get the unit they push you to review them on google but after that they don’t care. Moved in the storage in December and told the staff that the door needs attention it’s not closing and opening properly also it’s not even alarmed like they say it is and they never did anything about it .few days before handing the unit back in I went to get stuff out of my storage unit at night the door collapsed when I was opening it it did scratch my legs luckily didn’t fall on my head I called the after hours number and the manager came an hour later I said to him sorry to bring you out this late mate but I have expensive equipment in there then he said well you shouldn’t have called and I can’t do anything for you .I had to stay really late at night moving everything out of there couldn’t trust it to leave it in there with broken door I mean even the vending machine gets broken into…Never got a follow up the next day or checked up or spoken to except you existed early we’ll give you few dollars back .Few of the other tenants in there that I always used to speak to said the same thing bad service and doors always coming off
