Mattress & Pillow Science

I dread buying a mattress much like having to deal with a car salesman. I’ve been shopping at Mattress and Pillow Science for a number of years for pillows. Great selection of pillows I have bought (favourite is definitely the gel cooling pillow) so much so all my friends want one too. I have now replaced my dodgy mattress from another company with this amazingly comfortable Vogue mattress. Leeann is always friendly and her product knowledge is amazing. She delivers a no nonsense approach so you know you walk out with a mattress that will suit you and your body, comfortable level and other considerations (such as me being a warm sleeper) at a competitive price. The sales team here aren’t on kpi’s to sell you a certain brand or make of mattress for a commission. They take the time to try all the mattresses in store, and pillows too making sure they are good for you. Whilst I ordered the bed during COVID (tried bed earlier in store when shops were open), had the order done and a mattress made to order in about a week. Delivery guys arrived when they said they would and old mattress removed without lifting a finger. Been sleeping on it for almost a month, so comfortable I could spend all day in bed. I am sure that we tested the patience of Claudia over more than 1 visit to test new beds! We eventually purchased 2 beds which were delivered within the timeframe advised.On arrival, the queen base would not be manoeuvred up our stairs despite the efforts of the delivery team. Stephen was very understanding and was more than happy to switch over the queen base for 2 queen singles. Friendly and accommodating service is hard to find and we appreciated the flexibility.Needless to say the new beds are excellent. If you are reading this and considering shopping at one of the larger bed shed brands, I can only encourage you to try Stephen and his team. In our experience there is no comparison.

The new manager Reece's customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I first had a bad impression of the store when I bought my mattress there last year and was not happy with my purchase but could not return it. The two emails I sent were not answered and then I thought that's it and gave my mattress away. Management has changed since then and when Reece heard about what happened back then he did everything in his power to get the right mattress to me. This was something which turned out to be tricky, since I had moved to Sydney by then, and since it was challenging to get the same type of mattress I tried here in Sydney. But Reece kept his word and 2 days ago my new mattress arrived and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The new mattress is super comfortable and I'm glad everything could be sorted out in the end. Thanks a lot Reece!

We decided to replace our old mattress and bed frame recently as they had reached the end of their use by dates. On the advise of a friend I decided to have a look at Mattress and Pillow Science as she had only bought from there and was very impressed with both service and the quality of their products.I decided to try out one of their electric beds as I suffer with severe arthritis and chronic pain. I was advised which bed would be best for my condition. When I lay down on that particular bed, I honestly felt as if I was floating on a Cloud. Fast forward 8 months, I could not believe it when my husband turned to me and and said, as we were getting into our beautiful new beds, that he was so thrilled that I had convinced him to buy the beds, as it had become his favourite time of day, climbing into bed at night.I truly would advise anyone considering these beds to try them out. There is nothing to beat them. I can assure you. My husband was the biggest scepticThe service and installation was wonderful. All in all a very positive experience.

I went to Pillow Science to find a new bed. Their customer service was amazing - so professional. The staff were super patient with me and the bed I ended up getting has been - in one word - sensational! The bed was also really affordable. I have already recommend them to a few friends. Outstanding service, especially from the man named Reece. I bought a pillow just over a year ago, and the cooling gel stopped working and the pillow was heating up, and they had a quick assessment and decided to swap the pillow for a new one. Outstanding service, and they have my loyalty for life.

I went to Mattress and Pillow Science because I was having really bad neck pain from my current pillow. Claudia was a huge help, showed me many different types and really helped making my decision. Her customer service was on point! I will definitely be referring my friends to come here.

Bought a pillow here many moons ago, too many I think but the pillow has lasted a long time and even back then service was fantastic.Met Isabelle today who was lovely. No sales pitch, eager to sell, just warm & helpful care. Left with two pillows and lovely knowing you can try it out for 30 days and return (with pillow protector) if not right.Congrats on being how stores should be run. Thank you.

Highly recommend this company for pillows and mattresses. Very professional, excellent quality, good options. A huge bonus, the staff really go out of their way to help their clients out. I am so impressed by this company and I highly recommend them. If I could give you more stars, I would.

I recently came into this store with my mother to help her get an upgrade on her pillow. I’d been here before for my own pillow, which still feels great a year on. The staff here are great, and the quality of the pillows is top-notch. Isabelle handled every question my mother had, she was just really attentive and helpful, which is rare nowadays in a lot of places. The pillow itself is amazing - it's so comfortable and supportive. My mother has noticed a significant improvement in my sleep since using it. After going through about 5 useless pillows online, this is the first one that’s actually helped. I’ll definitely be back again.
