Very happy customer!Had the pleasure of having the team onsite at my home for 2 days. They removed/disposed the old gas heater and ducts and mounted the new 10kw electric unit on the wall and installed new ducts. It is incredibly quiet, super efficient to run and heats the whole house.They supplied all the legal certificates of completion and I was able to lodge an application to get a rebate in Victoria.Polite people, professional advice, great service.

My initial experience with THEMOCHILL has been totally 5 stars, even though no Unit was supplied and no installation completed, but that was totally out of their control as they were sub-contracted unknowingly by myself and were not given the correct information, but their follow up on the day was far beyond what was expected and now I am waiting on a quote from them directly to be the Contractor to replace the existing Air Conditioning Unit with a updated Reverse Cycle Unit. Stay tuned.

I had Thermochill come and install an aircon system to my pre existing ducted heating unit. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly. They did an amazing job! And we’re very neat, punctual, reliable and very well priced and I didn’t feel as though I was getting ripped off.I will definitely be using them again if I need any heating or cooling jobs done and would recommend them to anyone.

We had two reversercycling systems installed at the end of last year but I waited until now to give them a review after I have used both cooling and heating functions for a while. After more than 6 month, there is still only positive things I can say about Thermochill, and their work.Aloysio was easy to talk to, no arrogance or snappy answers.
