We have a strata plan where important work needed doing although two out of ten owners were opposed, making for a potentially difficult AGM. Sharni Roberts from Conti managed our AGM meeting with great calmness, politeness and efficiency. She did a terrific job on the night and sent us the minutes before 9am the next morning.

Conti Strata is certainly the best strata company I have dealt with. Nathan Castrogiovanni handles the meetings with ease, and answers every question asked. I always know I will get a immediate return phone call from Nathan, and he is very informative. Other companies have issues with their responsiveness, but we don’t have to worry about that anymore with Conti Strata as our managers!
