TONI&GUY South Yarra

Today I was there for a haircut and hair color. It was so unprofessional. The hairdressers behave so unfriendly with each other. They even fight over a music... When a customer left, they started to gossip behind his back in front of other customers which gave me a very bad feeling. I don’t suggest this salon to anyone at all.The hairdresser prepared/mixed color for my hair 5 times… each time saying that: ohhhh how much hair do you have, i need more color,,,Really??? I am paying good money, why are you so stingy with the color??

Toni and Guy used to be my go to salon for cut, colour and styling however I never was truly happy with the results. What wanted was never understood and the results always disappointing. Not to mention their highly over priced and they actually charged me more than what was initially agreed a couple of times.Laura was always lovely to me and she was the main reason I kept going, if you are in the salon I would suggest you see her.I can’t recommend Toni and guy but I strongly suggest someone like Elly Paynter.

Highly unprofessional way of handling appointments. I had an appointment on 29th Jan (Sunday). Received an email confirmation as well as message received to confirm the appointment. I tried calling the number to confirm (as google showed it is close on Sunday) provided but no response. Went to the salon and but no one was there and it was locked.Such a waste of my time

You'd think you'd get top service experience with top hairdressers. Had no idea how to do my hair, actually ruined it put way too much blonde. Even showed photos of how to do it. ... cheaper salon probably could of done better. Disappointing.

I booked a same day appointment online and showed up at 3pm for my haircut. I was greeted promptly and given a seat. I was offered tea and a cookie. I chatted with my hair stylist Laura about what I wanted for a minute or two. I was then taken to have my hair washed and was given a treatment. I was given the most amazing scalp massage of my life! I chatted the entire time with Laura and had a great time. She gave me the best haircut I've ever had and I've received so many compliments. Thanks so much to the team, love you guys!

I am in absolute awe of the half head of foils I received today. This is simply the most amazing colour I’ve ever had. My hair is highly bleach damaged, with multiple undertones to account for when bleaching. Brittany rose to the challenge and left me with the wonderful photos you see below. I saw my hair and all I could think was that if I’d seen that head of hair in the street, I’d be green with envy.

Amazing team! My hair was so Damaged when I first went to them. They helped get it back to good condition while also always making it look amazing.I even used them for my wedding day hair for my and my bridal party.The colour is always perfect (I’m super picky) and extensions are the best I’ve ever had.

I have been going to Toni & Guy for many years and have never had a bad experience! Dani and Johnathan are amazing stylist's and always get my hair looking better than I could imagine. They have given me great advice and tips to help my blow waves last longer and look fresh. All the staff are she is perfectionists.Laura is amazing for blondes with a great eye for colour always perfecting the creamy blonde I am after!Johnathan has been doing my extensions for years and he is THE BEST out there! Never been happier with my hair.Pip and the team are amazing. I am always so comfortable there and feel welcomed. They always go above and beyond. They one of the best salon’s. I highly recommend them.

Emma took great care of my hair with both colour and trim. I walked in feeling like my hair lacked oomph and walked out feeling like a new person.
