K9 Concierge

I highly recommend and trust K9 concierge to anyone that loves their pet. They are a great team, they are super organised, they keep you updated from the minute they meet/pick up your pet till the time they return them. They treat your pet with a high level of care and love.

I am so delighted that I have discovered K9 concierge. Simone came to our place to meet with puppy Willow, big dog Ivy and myself to make sure she understood what I was looking for in the K9 Concierge service. She listened carefully to what I wanted for my dogs during her visit. She is a genuinely lovely person to boot! I love that she updates me on what the pups have been doing while with her, with pictures and messages, they are always doing what I know the love to do.Simone also listens carefully and responds promptly if there is any new things or changes to the dogs needs. K9 concierge is a very professionally run business, with portal very easy to navigate and /payments bookings very simple. Once again I thank k9 concierge for taking some of the stress out of the workdays, knowing someone is checking in on the pups.Thanks againPriscilla

The Team from K-9 Concierge have made me feel like my “kids” are always being looked after as if they were their own. My family includes three Cavoodles and one British Shorthair diabetic elderly rescue cat. So it is quite a menagerie - all with their special needs! I couldn’t ask for a more attentive, timely, caring and loving care. Nothing is too much trouble - always there to help me out even when it is last minute changes. Simone and Michael provided our dog with great walks and play while we were out of town. Their app with full details of the activities and pictures were an added treat! We will definitely use them again.

Simone and Michael are simply fantastic. I've been using their services with my border collie for a few months now (walking, adventures, grooming, taxi transfers) and from day one they have gone above and beyond to ensure exceptional one-on-one service. They keep me updated on every movement (with photos) and my dog always comes back very happy. I cannot recommend them enough!

Simone and the wonderful K9 crew have been truly amazing!! My elderly mother (who lives alone in Balgowlah) is no longer able to exercise her dog Millie - Simone takes care of absolutely everything, including plenty of time at the park, short walks, long walks, day trips, socialising with other dogs, and even an unplanned trip to the vet. There has never been an issue that Simone hasn’t been able to sort out quickly and thoughtfully, and with great humour. She is always available to help. She really cares and clearly loves her dogs. And Millie loves her. Thank you Simone!! Highly recommended!!

Can’t recommend K9 enough! I had to fly to Melbourne and back twice in one week for work and they picked up my puppy early morning so I could catch my flight - took him for a lovely solo adventure and then dropped him at doggy daycare. Photo updates, friendly staff, reasonable prices - a dream for a busy single puppy mum!

Simone and her team provide the most incredible experience from start to finish! Worth every penny and my dog adores the K9C team. I always come home to a tired and happy boy! I highly recommend.
