Very helpful staff, i initially contacted them over the phone. The lady guided me to register before dropping off the metal scrap. On reaching the site in Dandenong south, the staff on entrance took my registration details and advised me where to drop the metal bars. Inside the yard another fellow brought a forklift and emptied my ute. While leaving the site the vehicle was weighed again and the credit slip was handed over, amount was credited to my bank account. They offered the best rates and superb service in south east.
