Words cannot express how thankful we are to Heartfelt Funerals for making the passing of our mother so beautiful and meaningful. Kim was lovely, compassionate and professional. She went above and beyond to provide us with a personal experience that will stay with us forever. Despite opting out of the full service, we were allowed all the time we needed with our mother. The family wrote beautiful messages on her coffin and played all her favourite music in a lovely celebration of her life. We have been to many formal funerals but this was by far the most beautiful. Words Cannot describe the height of my recommendation for Heartfelt Funerals. The name does truly reflect in every detail of their service delivery statements and customer care and compassion. Maree and her staff are a credit to this industry and we felt they were actually sharing and helping us through our grief with the loss on my father. Many things stood out with their service and I guarantee you will find nothing is too much trouble, they will assist you with everything they possibly can and even make suggestions based on there expertise as though they were doing for their own loved ones. Also, their Chapel, surrounds and ancillary resources allow for the personal touch with ease.

The Heartfelt Funeral team were the only service of 5 I contacted to enquire about ashes scattering tubes. They made the purchase seamless going the extra mile by offering to decant the ashes and as they were passing nearby my home delivered them to my door without charge.Thank you so very much for your service

My wife and I lost our daughter shortly after birth, not having any experience with funerals, the ladies at heartfelt took that worry away and allowed us to grieve. Maree and her team have helped us enormously with the transfer, service and graveside committal for my Dad. Their service has been exceptional. We recently contacted Heartfelt Funerals when our family member passed away. What Maree and the team did for our family was above and beyond anything we were expecting. Her guidance throughout the process took all of the stress out of organising his funeral and enabled us to just focus on grieving our loss. A beautiful service followed by delicious catering at his wake, plus her assistance with organising his cremation and the speedy return of his remains to our family and a beautilful memorial book of his life gave the whole experience a personal touch that you probably wouldn’t get from the larger internationally owned funeral homes.
