AVOID. Failed my RWC for 'sandblasting' of the windscreen. Checked with a VicRoads safety engineer who confirmed this was not a rejectable issue, he even told the inspector that on the phone and he still refused to pass it. Nothing wrong at all with the windscreen. Had to book in again elsewhere leaving me even longer without a car. Absolute muppet.

Have been servicing my car here for years. Tim WAS a very reliable mechanic. Just of recent I’ve been paying huge amounts of fees for absolutely no reason. Had some problems with my car heater and he said I needed to replace the heater core for $3000 even advised me to get rid of the car and downgrade.Upon further research I studied my car more and got my heater fixed for $650 as all I needed to change was my auxiliary water pump, my car heater works like a beauty.If you love your BMW do not bring it here. They use to be good. Not anymore. Very expensive mechanic and will rip you off if you don’t know anything about cars. Furthermore the receptionist lady was RUDE AF. She couldn’t answer my questions and always shooo me away and tries to hang up. Very annoying lady.

Honestly I cant hold Tim and the team at Berwick Motor Works in any higher regard. One of, if not THE best mechanic I have ever came across. On multiple occasions, I was unsure of some liquid my car was dripping and a sound my car was making. He took no charge to thoroughly check up on my BMW X5 F15, and let me know if there was anything for me to keep an eye on. He did not charge me a single cent, even on a weekend. This is a reflection of this mans honesty, professionalism and work ethic. I highly recommend you to bring your car to Berwick Motor Works for all your vehicular needs.

Took my car in today because of a knocking sound at front end . Tim looked at it and 30mins later said it's sorted . He didn't charge me and has now found a new customer. Absolutely great to find an honest and professional mechanic, highly recommended

I usaully take my BMW 323i here since i trust thier jugdment and skills. However recently after i brought my car over for airconditioning issues.Tim the mechanic there told me it would cost about $1600 to fix the airconditioning system, since he had to change to pipes and everything, basically it sounded like a really big job.I went to a second machanic and got my car checked since the price was unreasonable. Turns out all that was needed was to re-gas the AC unit, which was $200.Save your money and find someone better. It seems like they love to take advantage of poeple who dont have proper knowledge.Upon speaking with the receptionist, turns out she has no idea what she is talking about at all. Not only that she is incredibly rude, she gave me misinformation like, the car needed to stay at theirs for a few days to fix.

Have been taking my BMWs and other cars to these guys for over 10 years.Tim’s a wealth of knowledge and knows what to do and when to do it. Pricey yes but you get what you pay for; you don’t buy a BMW for cheap servicing.Could not recommend them more.

Very helpful and honest pricing, I took my BMW into this workshop when the transmission was in limp mode.They looked at the problem and assessed it straight away, they managed to get the car out of limp mode, without repairs and only adjustments, and advised of what to look out for should the problem persist. You could say they gave me a verbal root cause analysis of the problem, and a print out of all faults, before they cleared them.I would highly recommend this business, they are professional in their work and advised me of the problem, shared information regarding the problem, and left it up to me how I wanted to deal with that.AAA+ Thankyou.

Competitive price for servicing bmw compared to official BMW shop servicing. They are able to perform not just normal annual servicing. Recommend giving them a try, especially once your car is out of warranty.
