As much as I felt like a beautiful bride on the day of my wedding, unfortunately the experience I had with Leah and her team was far for pleasant.No direction was given, we are first time brides we don’t understand the process nor do we know how things work in the dress making industry, more guidance would’ve been great.Unfortunately my measurements were used from 2 years before (pre covid) when I first tried on the dress. I was told I would be contacted again in a years time for updated measurements, this never happened and then when I questioned this they said no it’s okay we don’t need new measurements, I assumed when I went in for my next appointment that new measurements would be taken but instead when I got there my dress was already made. I then had to pay so much more money to get it altered! With no apology or responsibility taken. On top of going over budget with the cost of extra alterations that I didn’t expect, + flying to sydney twice, I then had to get the bust altered again back in Melbourne as it wasn’t fixed properly by Leah and her team.I feel like if your not spending over $20,000 your just a number and they couldn’t care any less. If I had to do it over I would definitely not go with this designer.

Dear Leah & Team,From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank you and the team for a stunningly classic gown. I organised my wedding in 6 weeks and although I paid a rush fee I didn't feel rushed by you at all.My fittings were easy, the seamstress was very accommodating to having the gown fit me perfectly. I truly felt that the gown was made for me.Thanks again for all your efforts.

Just had the best experience coming to the Leah Da Gloria shop. Emma was so amazing! She really took the time to get to know me and added a very personal and amazing experience. Came today feeling a bit nervous but Emma made me leave feeling that I was in the best hands with the biggest smile on my face. Can’t wait to be working with Leah and the team on my wedding dress.

I had the best experience with Leah! My gown was exactly how I envisioned myself. I received endless compliments and cannot wait to show my future children and grandchildren photos from my wedding day. Thanks Leah!!!!

I had booked a consultation at the end of January 2023 for my bride to gauge ideas of which dress suits her better. There was wonderful communication (reminders via email, message and phone call) however that ceased the morning of our appointment, we arrived early for 12pm. The consultant failed to call me prior to our appointment to let us k is that there has been a double booking at our consult time. I was getting offers such as “you can come back in an hour” “I can stay back after hours to accommodate you” “we can book you in another day” however these times were not suitable as we had other dress appointments to attend to on that Saturday also considering we work 6 days a week and we only have a year left to get her dress ready to be in production. We left the boutique disappointed and upset that we were not told prior to our consultation. As we were driving to our next consult I received a phone call from other consultant at Leah Da Gloria asking me if I am able to come back as she does not have any fittings for the next couple of hours, and she will be able to assist us. It was an immediate no on my behalf regarding the service that was provided when we arrived and again while we were standing and waiting. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and extremely ruined the first wedding dress consultation for my bride.

Emma is absolutely amazing and provided by far the best experience I have had whilst wedding dress shopping. She is very accommodating and to the point! Happily said yes to the dress with her!

Had a meeting with one of Leah's sales associates, Mariana, and she was very unpleasant to deal with. I wanted to leave the store right away! The dressing room in the back was extremely small and I had no help getting in and out of huge and very heavy dresses. It was overall a very negative experience. I was interested in the couture line which is around 15,000-18,000 and to have that kind of service was extremely disappointing. The only positive thing I have to say is the dresses were beautiful.

Leah, Emma and the team are so lovely to work with and make the experience of making a wedding gown exactly what any girl dreams of. The quality of their dresses and their service is amazing - highly recommend them for your big day.

Emma is an absolute gem! She has made the whole experience a dream you imagine finding your perfect dress to be! Not only has she been such a pleasure to deal with, her honesty and guidance when trying on dresses made the whole process so easy!!
