Honeysuckle Banks
Free camping area close to the water. There are wallabies at night and the place is nice. The problem is that you can hear cars, airplanes and trains super close to the camping area.

Beautiful little place to camp, and listed on multiple sites as a free camp. But, for those looking to stay, we arrived last night to find that no Tents or Firepits (contained and for cooking) are allowed. Need to be in a caravan or motorhome that’s self contained (toilet/shower).Permit is required from the local council.Didn’t stay, but picturesque setting and looks like a beautiful place to stay.

My favourite spot in Evandale for night photography. The gentle sound of water flowing and native animals scurrying around at night makes for pleasant asmr

A great place to stop for a rest, popular for swimming. The South Esk is Tasmania's longest river and has some very good trout fishing.

I nice quite park. Popular for walkers and dog walkers. Sometimes you get to see the platypus swimming around the river.
