Raffaele Ciuca Bridal

I am disappointed in Raffaele Ciuca bridal Brunswick. I went into the shop thinking everyone knows what they are doing and felt comfortable enough to trust the staff. I was not told dresses are ordered in sample size and we have to do alterations separately . The owner was very rude and all he wanted was money to be paid for the dress that was too big for me. He didn't care that I was overwhelmed or upset. I had my dress alterations done across the road from the shop. I was told my bridal specialist would join me for my last alteration session to make sure everything fit well, that didn't happen. After taking my dress home and trying it, the stitches were coming off from the back. I had to take it back to them again. I had paid for the button to be done where I can clip the tail of the dress. The button ripped off before I made it to the reception!! Safe to say I will not be recommending Raffaele to anyone.

Had a terrible shopping experience here. Now that the wedding is over I am happy to share. I visited the Armadale store initially and found a dress i liked. There was a sample sale the next day at Brunswick so i went that store with my mum. They were extremely pushy. Trying to sell me dresses i didn't really like. Telling me one was the same as the first one I saw when it was different. I was very clear I needed to show the first dress I saw to my mum first as the dress is a wedding gift to me from her. I was literally still getting changed half naked in the fitting room and 2 ladies, short brown hair may have been Theresa or Maria, along with one of the managers with blond hair kept pushing and asking what they need to do for me to put a deposit as it's 10% off that day.Despite me saying multiple times I am not ready yet as I need to show my mum the other dress first. It was an extremely comfortable situation. In the end they agreed to honour the 10% when I go back to the Armadale store. However when I left, I had stress hives and my chest was red as I was under so much pressure. I was almost in tears. Understood it's a business and they want to make a sale however for most girls this is one of the most important dresses they will wear. It's a shame that this all happened and they didn't seem to really want to help me find a dress but were more keen on making a sale and any sale for that matter.When i finally purchased the dress and went to pick up Carmela who served me had forgotten who I was and was not ready for the appointment. She was with someone else. So Jo tried to help me but most of the time I was unattended. She also stepped all over the dress, which I asked her to please not do. If that's how the dresses are treated in front of customers I can't imagine the care otherwise. I purchased the dress for no other reason than the fact that I liked it. Service wise this was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I genuinely don't wish for anyone else to have to go through what I did in buying their dream dress.

I could not speak highly enough of Madi from the Brunswick boutique with helping me on extremely short notice for sourcing, flying out and assisting with get my alterations done for my wedding in less than a week. The dress was everything I could have dreamt of. I will forever be grateful for all of her help, it was for a very special day. Thank you

Go elsewhere. Very bad experience. Not a single request was listened to, I was told I would never find a dress in the style I wanted (which is a popular and common style/material) and was only shown dresses that were way over budget and not at all what I was interested in. Was told constantly that I was wrong in what I was looking for. Felt the consultant was trying to humiliate me by putting me in dresses that were not at all going to suit me, and were not designed for my body type (slim-curvy). Instead, i kept being handed dramatic ball gowns or sparkling gowns that i had absolutely no intention of trying on or buying. I was quite vocal on what i didnt like, however she spent a remarkable amount of time trying to convince me to buy these special trunk show dresses and pulling me away whenever I looked at another rack that displayed styles i was interested in, not subtle at all in her sales tactics, she obviously had an incentive to sell one of these dresses and very obviously didn't care if the customer was satisfied. Very sad I would have happily purchased a dress from here had I been allowed to pick and try on the styles I wanted. Went elsewhere the next day and found an abundance of dresses in my style and budget. All from some of the same designers stocked here. Would never recommend this place. Staff need better training. Spoken to several other brides who all shared similar experiences. Dresses are beautiful here, it's a shame the staff interactions are nothing but horrendous.

I had a lovely experience with Ellen at the Armadale store. She was very supportive of me trying on as many dresses as I need and also felt comfortable to make her own dress suggestions which I loved. I felt incredibly looked after and comfortable. Highly recommend for any future brides as the range of dresses is incredible and staff are immensely helpful and kind.

Aldo is11/10. So honest. So lovely. Helped me find my perfect dress. Everything you’d want to help you find a wedding dress and more. THANK YOU ALDO

I went to Raffaele Ciuca Bridal in Brunswick and the customer services is nothing but AMAZING. This was the very first bridal store I went to. I did go to one other bridal shop and the customer service was awful. The staff member who helped me in Raffaele Ciuca was Theresa and she definitely was the reason I was hell bent on finding a dress in Raffaele Ciuca. She was patient, honest but very professional. Theresa did everything professionally possible to make sure I found the dress of dreams. I am a plus size girl and I tried on a dress which was a size 10/12, I am a size 16/18 and I immediately fell in love with it. I also fell in love with another dress and she made sure I got the best of both dresses with the help of Aldo who sketched the dress of my dreams right in front of my eyes in 5mins. The attention to detail was definitely 10/10 thanks to Aldo. He made it look and seem really effortless to create the masterpiece that he designed, I am forever greatful. Aldo took his time hand stitching the lace onto my dress. Aldo and Theresa are professionally geniuses. Thank you so much to both of them, I absolutely still love my dress months after my wedding.

I said ‘yes to the dress!’ alongside my wonderful stylist Aldo at the Raffaele Ciuca Brunswick store. He was patient, kind and honest. He listened and asked questions about my wedding day which made me feel so comfortable knowing that he cared and could vision what I would look amazing in. His attention to detail is unmatched and I’m so grateful he was there to guide me. My mum and brother was also with me and we all had such a great experience. I can’t wait to wear my RC dress in April 2024!

Had the most incredible experience at the Brunswick store. The staff are honest, lovely and just easy to deal with. I went into my appointment with a vision of what I was after, and I ended up falling in love with the dress that the sales assistant had chosen for me. She really listened to what I was after and chose a dress that really suited my body type. I also got my alterations completed through them, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. The whole experience was completely faultless, highly recommend!

The ladies at Raffaele Ciuca Bridal Armadale gave me the most wonderful dress experience, I'll be forever grateful! They are knowledgeable, honest and so lovely and fun to work with.
