Just wanted a flu shot but they told me that they aren't taking new patients and turned me away.

Dr Shakr is an extremely empathetic, compassionate Dr who goes out of his way to provide the best medical treatment available. Since moving to Wedderburn from Taree in 2016, I have received nothing but the best treatment and cannot fault the care given by the medical staff and his wife, Raja, the Practice Manager. A total professional medical centre.

They were very helpful and very compassionate to my needs extremely professional I'm happy that I go there and get my treatments

Called for appointment but was told they were too busy. Asked if I was a regular patient but we had just moved in recently. Also asked if I was on some sort of drugs but wasn't sure what that meant. Was handed over to another lady who said Medicare only allow limited number of patients to be seen and I should try Inglewood or Boort. Said I was having dizzy spells & couldn't drive far and asked if I could be put on a waiting list but was told that was too long. And was told doctor wouldn't see me if I was on some sort of drugs. Rang Boort and they got me in straight away.A shame as my husband & I have just finished building our house here & were looking forward to becoming a real part of the community.
