As a Support Coordinator with clients with multiple disabilities and assistive technology and equipment needs- Jenny and Joe at Moreton Medical are amazing. I had a particularly difficult situation arise for a participant who needed to relocate from her home at short notice and they went above and beyond to support with equipment hire in the interim and then transporting her existing equipment- dismantling and re-assembling. It made quite a stressful situation so much easier. Cannot praise them enough for their product knowledge and high quality customer service.

Have bought several items over the years for my elderly parents, service is excelent, staff are very friendly & helpful, I recently purchased the Avante adjustable bed for my wife who suffers from long term health issues, it's made such a difference to her quality of sleep, Joe & Jenny always go the extra mile for theor customers.

Poor service and communication. Visited shop and wanted to hire TENS machine. Informed lots of machines to hire but no pads available. Staff took my number and stated they'd contact me ASAP when pads arrived. Phoned the shop 5 days later and found the pads and machine were available. Explained due to work, I can't collect until Saturday.Travelled to shop on Saturday, told no machine available and none will be available for 3- 4 weeks. Disappointed that staff are not interested in assisting customers. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I perform the bookkeeping for this business and in this role I've seen 'behind the scenes' and am amazed at the efforts the staff go to, to ensure that customers receive all the product information and ensure that the product selected by the client is absolutely the best fit for them. It's the good old fashioned service, where they go the extra mile.

My shoulder surgery was rescheduled for a Saturday due to a cancellation and thanks to Moreton Medical Equipment I was able to get my shoulder sling for recovery. One of the staff members delivered it to my home that afternoon. All the staff are wonderful. Thank you so much for your service.

This is the second time I have hired from here and always had great service and their rates are better than many other places.

The staff could have not been more helpful. From the moment I rang to query about hiring a wheelchair, the staff member was pleasant, courteous, and found the wheelchair for me and put my name on it until I could collect. On arriving in shop the assistant was helpful and friendly, showed us how the wheelchair worked and then carried it out to the car for us. Could not fault service in anyway.

I visited the store yesterday with my mother-in-law and her OT shopping for an air cushion, walker and bed. Jenny and our OT were a dream team working out suitable options that were within our budget. Everything was explained very clearly so that decision making was quick and simple. This could have been overwhelming, but wasn’t. Quotes were provided the same day to the HCP provider. My highest recommendation for anyone shopping with an elderly relative.
