Well after seeing two vets John nailed it! Thank goodness the other vet sent us for a scan for our 11 week old kitten. John examined Jai with gentle but firm hands and after a short but thorough examination said he didn't think our little man needed a scan at all. Well what a pleasant surprise a vet that was honestly down to earth straight talking about what needed doing and how to do it.We will be back and a big big thank you to Glenda too.experience and we will definitely be back as we have other pets and I prefer straight talking people

Disappointed with lack of compassion by vet, when I took my cat in, believing he was constipated & told he has terminal cancer without any caring. Given up to 2 months to live with no assistance for any future care of my beautiful fur baby, very disappointed as my baby was vaccinated by this vet via pet rescue & believed that I would have a caring, compassionate vet to help us both on this journey.

We were treated very well by all the staff here. Well our experience was that the head Vet - John - was amazing. We trusted all that he told us. So many vet specialists had seen our Oscar (cat) and not one had done a thyroid test. That showed it was the cause of all his troubles. We travelled an hour because we were impressed with what we were told on the phone when enquiring about ECG and other very expensive tests which our normal vet had told us to arrange at a hospital in Perth. We were told that expensive tests were probably not necessary so we booked both cats in for senior blood tests. So expensive tests were not necessary. Even though its an hour away we will be returning for the check ups.(and DM, vets often pick up cats by the scruff because that's what their Mommy cat did. Sorry you had a bad experience but we certainly did not)

I rang this morning at 4am begging for help as my Maltese shitzu girl had been in labour for 12 hours and had her pup stuck in her birth canal for 3 hours she was really lethargic and I was very concerned for mum and bubs so I rang the after hours number and the response I got was because you are from collie which by the way we don’t have an after hours vet is I can’t help everyone he didn’t have a emergency he simply did not care about my baby I begged him I was worried about her and her pup not making it he didn’t care and wouldn’t help them so thankfully the lovely vet from Treendale helped us we did lose a pup but we have one pup that made it luckily we went to these amazing vets as the second pup was breach and had a hard time coming out I 100% do not recommend this practice I honestly thought my dog was not going to not make it and he did not even care
