PANDORA

The manager was rude and the staff didnt want to help. As I was looking over at the manager and staff to get some assistance, they were all leaning up against the wall not acknowledging that I was wanting help. Plus didnt even ask for my details to put my purchase under my account. Highly recommend you go to a different store. Not impressed at all. Left the store very frustrated!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager/owner is so rude, she said her name is Lynn. Never shopping there again rude. I also witnessed that she mocking a disabled person in the store to her fellow co workers, I told her to stop and she spat at me.

The girls here are always so lovely when I come in just for even a look around but especially when I'm actually after something.

I went in with my mum today who bought a Pandora bracelet from Rockhampton in January but hadn’t been able to take it off since because the clasp was jammed.We were served by Rachel who went above and beyond to try and help us dislodge the clasp and then assisted us with a defective return when we couldn’t get it.Rachel was so helpful that I happily spent more than I initially intended to. In fact, I didn’t even care about the price tag in the end.She even reminded me of a 15% off club voucher that I had when I went to pay.Bravo Rachel. I’m not sure if she is the store manager but she definitely acted with that level of professionalism, kindness and willingness to assist. Thank you for your excellent work today and Mt Ommaney Pandora is a very lucky store to have you.

It's a relatively small store, more of like a small store situated in the middle, between shops. It's easily accessible and has a neat, well maintained image. The staff are really nice, as in they don't try to pressure you into buying items and let you choose and have a look at your own pace.Aw. To the lady who served me today, thank-you for your customer service and how well you handled my questions! :) You were very down to earth and kind. ! Your name starts with R, and you were fantastic.

I have never received bad service at ANY Pandora store until I came here. The older woman who served me was incredibly rude and unhelpful. You could tell she was not willing to help from the second she looked at us. She was not nice, welcoming and she did not care for the issue I came in for, instead directed me to another location (which was not anywhere close to me). I would’ve understood if she wasn’t able to help, however the service she provided was unacceptable from the start. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this store.

Has beautiful choices for all various jewellery. Quite expensive esp. For silver. Lovely staff plenty of disabled room.

Rude manager. Sales staff seem to like to blame things on you until you proof an email from head office.Regardless if they wish to involve a manger the manager should come out and talk to the customer rather the walking out of the back room and ignoring everyone.Seems as though the manager only served the people she wanted to.
