I was very nervous going it to get highlights because I've never had them before the staff made me feel safe. They asked if I would like anything to drink, and made me feel very welcome. Kim along with another beautiful lady did my hair and were very chatty as they could see I was nervous and we giggled alot. They did the most beautiful job doing my hair and all the girls commented on how beautiful it was. Kim curled my hair and even took photos of it. The staff are quite gentle when doing hair and not rough like some other places I've been to. I loved my experience!

I have been a client of Hair Pacific since moving to Port Macquarie a little over three years ago. As someone who is very particular about my hair, finding a new salon and stylist can be stressful. Simone was recommended to me by an existing client. I have been going every month since and I haven’t been disappointed. I am delighted with my colour change today. Thank you to Simone for the recommendation.Hair Pacific is a modern salon with a terrific vibe which is down to Simone (who is also a great stylist) and the lovely team who works with her. I highly recommend them.

I have being going to this hair dressers for years, every time you walk in all staff welcome you. Very professional in all work areas and amazing customer service. Walk out feeling satisfied with each service received. Would recommend to everyone of all ages.

The owner Simone and Toni are experienced hair stylists who were able to understand the style I wanted. After moving to Port last year, I tried several other stylists in Port for both cut and colour without success. Simone is always friendly and super accommodating when my appointment needs to be changed at short notice due to work.

Went to salon for the first time. Kim cut and styled. I went from a standard overgrown hair to a modern cut that was styled to suit my face...and it looks great. Thank you Kim for giving me back myself..a wonderful experience and a great salon. I feel renewed.x

Simone, Toni and the girls are amazing with colour, cuts and style. I came to Port Macquarie and after a couple of tries at different salons this one is the best. The staff are friendly, accommodating, they listen to your requests and the end result is perfect. I always leave with a smile. Well done ladies, keep up the great job.

I was in Port Macquarie for several days from Sydney and heard about Hair Pacific from a local. I had my hair cut by Kim and it was just what I wanted - contemporary, clean and with the wow factor. She knew exactly what I wanted and what would suit my face and delivered it in spades. Very impressed and would highly recommend this place for its professionalism, welcoming space and skills.

Finally after years I have found a hairdresser that knows her stuff! Kim is great with colouring blonde, awesome at cutting, friendly, and it also doesn’t hurt that she loves a laugh. The rest of the staff in the salon are super friendly and very accommodating. Totally recommend!
