Bernadette is so lovely. She has a really peaceful place. There are some stuff that maybe are a little old but the place is great anyway. Comfy new beds, equipped common kitchen, perfect to stay a couple of nights

Unfortunately not much to praise for this accommodation. Except it's a nice country view. It's a renovated old people's home. Wire beds. 3 single beds in very small room. Hostel feel to it so overpriced at $140 per night when we stayed. No one to meet you. Cannot really state about staff as did not meet any. Had to call to ask how to find our room. All other accommodation booked out so was left with no choice as needed place to rest between Melbourne and Sydney.

The place wasn’t that clean. Found an expired bottle of milk in the fridge, it had been there for a year. The owner hangs around like a bad smell and at one stage she told us to go to bed because we were keeping her up. Would not go back there again.

DON'T STAY HERE. Totally over priced. The accommodation is a repurposed aged care facility, not a motel. Very sad, weird vibes. Don't expect a good night's sleep or any mod cons.

We stayed here and it was a unpleasant stay.Rooms were not 100% clean.Blind did not close.Lamp did not work.It was not worth the $125 per night.

NOT WORTH $125Stayed 06/01/20231. The place was DIRTY and had dead insects in every room. The carpets were very old tattered and stained.2. The mattress was so well used that the Bed was like sleeping on an air mattress/ waterbed. Linen had surplus washing powder stuck to it and irritated our skin making the stay more uncomfortable.3. The hygienic seal was stuck on the lid of the toilet which anyone could still use and keep the seals intact.4. The external room doors that lead out to the veranda had no locks.Internal door had keypad on door handle .We didn't feel safe.5. There was black mould and holes on the roof near the children's play area.We would not stay again. The place has potential but needs a lot of work.

Lovelly place out of Wagga Wagga with homely vibes. Big kitchen to have massive cook ups with dining tables and massive living room. Verandah all around. Bernadette is a warm friendly host.

The room was dirty, carpet needed vacuuming, bathroom sink wasn’t clean either. For the price I would expect air conditioning and the ceiling fan only had 2 operational fan speeds out of 3. There was a small heater on the floor plugged into the wall. No bench space to place items on. Just a room with beds, that’s it. The woman was friendly enough but didn’t really provide enough information about the place, especially that we could use the main kitchen area. Very vague and confusing. It’s an eerie kind of place as I believe it used to be a retired person’s home. It has a school style block structure. I felt like I was going back to high school! The fridge was pretty good and so was the bathroom. I’ll give it a thumbs up for that. Very spacious, good water pressure and a comfortable layout. Good sink with a decent bench top, just wish the basin was clean. The bed was well used and firm but I slept ok. Would I stay here again? For the money….absolutely not.

I cannot rate this place, if you were to ask me my opinion of it, I would say, “STOP Don’t even think about it, if you do go there you will regret it like my mate and I did. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. I didn’t shower before leaving, waited ‘til I got home then spent an hour in the shower. Sorry owner but this place is 3rd world standard. My 1star ratting is way to generous.

Quiet location, away from main road traffic in this town that has a major truck parking area. Shared kitchen, dining, and laundry for this retreat centre that operates like a motel. Very clean and tidy. Aircon is in common areas only. Unusually soft but comfortable mattress, not sagging from wear. Wheelchair accessible.
