Dr B has always helped me with every problem and the admin staff over the years was always great Kia is on top of everything

I tried to book a vaccine, in-person form-filling is needed. I thought that makes it more difficult for me (one more off-work days and increased chance of unnecessary social contact). And just asked Is there any form of phone/online booking?" The male staff was very rude: "I don't have time to talk to you. You got my message."The ironic fact is that we were directed to this clinic from service NSW *website*

Where are all the good doctors in western Sydney? Because they definitely are not found at this practice!!The only thing Glenwest Medical Centre has going for it is it's receptionist who is lovely. The doctor is habitually late and extremely rude and does not listen you. Such a disappointment. Advise against attending this clinic.

I went to Glenwest Medical centre for Covid vaccination. I had my injection booked for over four weeks prior but they turned me away saying that they don't have the vaccination and they are out of Stock. Make sense to me no offence. I told them they should have atleast informed me beforehand. I am essential worker and took day off. The lady at reception was apologetic but elderly Bearded person was really verbally aggressive and threatened of calling police for me to coming to there premises. Wrong person on wrong job.Hardly recommend to anyone .

Unhelpful managing director. Blatantly rude and unprofessional to a lady before me who is a school teacher trying to receive a covid vaccination. “I don’t care, I am busy” was his comment towards her trying to prove her eligibility for a Pfizer vaccination. She was then turned away from the clinic and left embarrassed and in tears. Then it is my turn. Filled in two forms, a new patient form and vaccination eligibility form. I give them to the receptionist / managing director. He then proceeds to ask me the same questions I just filled in on a the new patient sheet and expects me to answer them in a room full of patients. He then enters my details into his system incorrectly and says there is nothing he can do, asking me to leave. Absolutely zero confidentiality. No social distancing. Patients crammed into a tiny reception room. An arrogant person leading the show who turns away patients as soon as he can. Overall this clinic does it’s best not to help you.

These wonderful people accepted my booking for a second Pfizer vaccination after I got my first where I previously lived in regional nsw. After moving to the area I’ll be sure to never visit this clinic and actively discourage all I come across from the same.On the day of my booking a flippant and rude individual called me stating he was the practice manager and that he would not allow my vaccination appointment as I got my first somewhere elseAfter I asked why they took the booking in the first place he replied it was not his problem

Whatever time you’ve booked for, add an extra hour to see the doctor. Also called to see if my test results had arrived before I came in to see my doctor; the receptionist said they had arrive; attended my appointment to hear the results & no…they hadn’t arrived. The doctor was also running 1 hour late so basically sat there for an hour for nothing. I was then going overseas in a couple of days, told the receptionist & gave them my email address so my results could be sent via email..oh no they still trier to call me whilst I’m overseas. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible experience with male receptionist. very rude with the most horrendous people's skills. would not recommend this place due to this one person. the doctors were lovely as well as the female receptionist I spoke with however this man seems to be rude to everyone as I watched his interactions. been there only a few times and appears to have no patience for anything and speaks down on patients. Not quite sure what his problem is but he doesn't seem like a good fit for working in the medical world
