What great service from this company. In these lockdown times I placed an order on Wednesday 19 August online, the manager Greg rang a few minutes after my order went through to tell me the items will come from melbourne then he rang again on the 20th to tell me they were on their way and they arrived this morning - Gold class service well done. Customer service is the most important thing in small business.

Greg is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I needed some cartridges for my HP printer and was wondering about the unbranded versions but he pointed out the software update with HP etc etc. Saved buying some useless cartridges online.I would definitely recommend Greg and Cartridge World Wagga.
