I once shopped from their long time ago Merrylands outlet returned $150 items and they gave me a credit note… next week the branch closed and didn’t know if they had any other branch near by . Years after I found their branch in south Granville but had lost my credit note receipt. Was wondering if there is any way I could have my money back … but being proofless makes me on the weaker side … over expensive and whenever I look at This brand it Just reminds me they ate my money … I ain’t going back in there … ever

Went to the pop up stall at Stocklands Merrylands. Experienced poor customer service, actually there was no service at all. Sales assistant seemed not interested to even speak. She did not try to even help, she was busy on the pc, when I asked a question she barley even wanted to answer. There were no other customers there but me so there is no excuse that she was busy. They do not have a mirror either to see how the colour of the hijab will look on you. I ended up purchasing a gift for someone without any help but I will not be going back.

Ordered a dress online, apparently it’s been sold out yet they’ve taken the full amount for it. Haven’t issued a refund and extremely poor customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been waiting on a refund for almost 3 months now and customer service are pathetic with their responses. Told me it was processing over a month ago and didn't receive anything. After my many emails, they replied last week saying that their refund team couldn't process it as they didn't have my details? Fast forward to today, they withdrew the amount out of my account instead of refunding. Absolute joke of a company. Will be heading to the bank/police tomorrow to file theft.

If only we could give 0 stars. It has been over 2 months and I am yet to receive my order. They took my money, ignored my emails, messages and calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Hijab house should be ashamed of themselves as they take people’s money and don’t deliver the order. Unethical and disgusting behaviour! This company needs to be held to account for being frauds!
