Hardcore 45' in Welshpool is the most professional TRX training I have ever been. The team of teachers are incredibly knowledgeable; they show us the set of exercises at the start of every training, giving us the opportunity of getting familiar with the positions; aligning our posture at all times and boosting our confidence. I feel completely safe and satisfied with their caring personality and competence, and that's the reason why our family highly recommend Hardcore 45.My son (13 y.o) and I (41 y.o) are extremely happy with the positive changes we both can see and feel in our bodies in terms of strength

I could not speak highly enough of 45 hardcore suspension training. The coaches are very professional and they have the knowledge and understanding of our body to adapt the exercises according to our ability, which means no matter what level you are , you will be able to train properly; besides a great environment and great community.
