We came from the other side of town to try out the mattresses but they didn't even have all the options of firmness available to try which was disappointing. But no issues with customer service

Amazing service, perfect opportunity to take the guess work out of buying an online mattress. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They provided a pressure free experience where you didn’t feel badgered to commit to a purchase, we were able to go back online and purchase when it suited us. The mattress itself was amazing too.

Nice showroom with helpful staff. Wish there were more firmness options to test. Only 'Firm' and 'Medium' were available. Cool to see the inside make-up of the bed.

I bought an expensive bed from Snooze. Within one year it was completely saggy. I bought a Sleeping Duck and four years later it still seems brand new.I'm 55kg.

The staff at the Sleeping Duck were great. They were both helpful and knowledgeable explaining the bed base, mattress system and delivery options clearly. Order was followed up with an email and next day delivery confirmed with a text.

We arrived just before closing and while I parked the car in the local car park they were more than happy to wait for me and my partner to spend time with them after hours explaining and discussing the options that are available. These people deserve a pay rise and the establishment overall is second to none.Furthermore the mattress and beds they have are excellent. 10 stars and beyond!

It gets quite busy but worth your while going there if you're on the fence contemplating getting a sleeping duck. They have their pillows and covers to touch and feel too. Service is straight forward not too intrusive
