We can't recommend Ben Drinkwater at Sharrock Pitman enough for their service. We purchased a property where there was some work done without a permit. Our conveyancer couldn't help us so we discussed the matter with Sharrock Pitman. If I could give this firm a negative or zero rating I would. They are extremely slow to reply to emails they do not explain their costings and how expenses are arrived at. Their work is sloppy with bad spelling and errors even for simple work. They handled my bother's estate and I would recommend people do not use them.
