Extremely happy with the quality of cakes from this place. Very smooth process of asking them for a cake to be ready on pick up with a name written on it. Great communicators & friendly people. The boss is excellent and writing on cakes, excellent font!!!

Ordered a gold and black drip cake for my brothers 21st birthday. Customer service was great when ordering which is the only reason I’m giving two stars. Just based on the cake it would’ve been 1 star. When I briefly got to see the cake at the store during pick up it seemed fine. When I got home and took it out of the box was when I could see the shoddy drip work. It looked nothing like the beautiful drops on their display photos. Instead we got thin scraggly lines and uneven borders. Extremely unhappy with how it looks. Do not recommend custom drip cakes from here at all!

Only one staff member serving (more accurately not serving) waiting costumers. No pies were warm ready for sale as they were still heating up, this was at 1.10pm.I just spent 10 minutes waiting to be served. Very poor costumer service.

Ordered a custom birthday cake online with a self designed topper and everything was perfect! The cake was yummy, the printed topper turned out exactly as designed. Will be ordering again soon!

I goty son's first birthday cake from here.. chocolate mud cake amazing melts in the mouth.. will be ordering again.. put the stars and Mickey mouse myself to go with the theme..

Consistently good cakes and slices and food. However, I still find everything too rich for me. In saying that, the place was busy when I visited to pick up a pie but $5.60’is steep when there are two other bakeries nearby. Refreshments available. Dining in store available. Staff were reasonably friendly.Located at the Coles end of the shops, it has food passing trade. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking st this shopping centre.
