Stotts Painting Contractors

The small job was to turn a bedroom into a bathroom for my elderly parents. Prior to commencement, they informed us the job would take 2 to 3 weeks. It's now been 5 months and still not completed. The workmanship is below standard, the shower floods, I had to request the ceiling painting to be fixed over 4 times, paint stains were made in the adjoining bedroom carpet, was informed on several occasions workers would be out on a specific day and time but failed to show. Huge gaps were left in the plasterboard where they patched up a doorway, you could actually see daylight coming in, grout and silicone was missing in places, the mitred niche was not mitred correctly and was filled with grout to cover it up when I complained and was put in the wrong place as was the sink sink water pipes. The tiling around the window was not square and has left a large gap down one side which still hasn't been fixed, very little communication with the contractor Andrew Stotts who talks the talk but does not deliver. He would not respond to our repeated calls or messages asking when the bathroom would be finished. He has now only sent a bigger bill then the original quote. There is so much more I could add in total disappointed and disgust how any person could rip off elderly pensioners and give them so much anguish over 5 months waiting for a completed bathroom.
