Sienna Homes - Head Office & Colour Selection Centre

We built with Sienna Homes and are very pleased with our beautiful new home. From the Sales process with Pierre to all the many staff who made the changes we requested, to Zoe who supported us with all our questions and updates throughout the build, to Hayley who has coordinated the very minor maintenance items that needed to be addressed, the staff are a true credit to the success of the company and make the building process easy. Sienna Homes are a professional company who genuinely care about the customer's experience while building one of their homes.I have built 6 homes to date with various builders and Sienna Homes have left a lasting positive impression to the point that I would build another home with them without any hesitation. For anyone considering building a new home, look no further as Sienna Homes will certainly deliver the perfect home.

This is my First home I’ve built and Sienna homes made my experience memorable and worth it. All the staff I’ve dealt with were extremely professional and polite, they were all very efficient and on the ball with everything. It’s been 3months since I’ve moved in and even my 90 day maintenance ran very smoothly with no trouble. Overall quality of the house and the company itself has been great ! Extremely happy!!

This company is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM if you are looking for a quality product, good customer service, professional workers/supervisors, on time repairs, quality repairs, knowledge and expertise, and ongoing customer care. The supervisors have no idea about how to deal with maintenance issues, don't care, attempt to pass it off as someone else's problem and attempt to intimidate you if you stand up for your rights. They are unreliable, producing shoddy and substandard work and have no regard for you as the customer after you have taken ownership of the property. Their properties have a history of water leakages something which we have encountered for two years. We have had water pouring through our loungeroom light fittings, mould on our ceilings, holes in the roof, loose roof tiles, something that has been addressed using the band-aid approach. It still has not been rectified resulting in us contemplating moving house. Your home may look good initially but give it time.....issues will appear and WILL NOT be addressed by Sienna Homes. They should be shut down!!!!!

Being the first home buyers me and my husband, were unaware of all the processes of building a new house. But thanks to the staff at Sienna who made it all a smooth ride. Colleen Murray was my consultant in this regard and she helped me in finding a good block of land and her excellent customer service is invaluable. Also her tolerance in answering all my foolish endless questions is incredible.Customer support and all the services in planning our house are very good and appreciate good advice from Pierre (Sales manager) on the range of choices we had to make. We are also thankful to Alex and Amber for their support. We are still to see the final product and I have no doubt that our house is going to be a beautiful one.I would recommend Sienna homes for anyone who is looking to build their first home as you can speak to them as much as you want to clarify issues and understand things in building or in general.

We recently finished building with Sienna Homes.What we really liked about building with Sienna was that we were able to customise one of their floor plans to suit us. We chose the Camden 42, which we loved, but we needed to add a separate office area as I work from home. The Sales & Design Team were great at working with us to make this happen and we are really happy with how it turned out.The actually build process took a little longer than we were expecting and there were a couple of delays along the way. A lot of this was outside of Sienna’s control however and I think that it’s just the way of the world at the moment.Overall we are really happy with the whole process & are loving our new home

My partner and I are currently building our home with Sienna and I wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation for the service we have received so far. We are currently at frame stage and everyone who has been involved so far has absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we attended the display home at Kaduna in Pakenham, the communication has been wonderful. Lorraine and Tricia were so lovely to deal with and they made the initial process seem so seamless and were happy to cater to our every need, making changes to suit us. They were friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and always happy to take our calls and answer any questions. They made the decision to choose Sienna to build our home easy, by making it a very personal experience and always made us feel like we were in good hands. From then we experienced some delays, due to unforeseen circumstances, that was felt by the entire building industry. Natalie who was in charge of our project co-ordination was in constant communication with us during this time, keeping us informed. She has been pleasant to deal with, making herself available to answer questions and work through any concerns we had. Natalie has also taken the time to send us fortnightly emails and progress photos of our build. This again adds a very personal touch. We have not had the chance to meet our site supervisor Phil yet, but I have spotted him at our site regularly making sure things are running smoothly. He has also taken lots progress photos that have been emailed to us fortnightly in Natalie’s progress updates. So far, I cannot speak more highly of all the team I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Sienna Homes, all Professional, friendly and available. Our experience has been wonderful and I cannot wait to see the build complete. We have so far felt looked after and have enjoyed the process and the personal touches have made the build very comfortable. I will always highly recommend Sienna Homes to anyone who is looking for a caring, reliable builder.

Chasing up defects for the last 7 months has been exhausting to say the least. Left a gaping hole in my home for 7 months, refused to cover the cost of exterminators despite a report stating the hole they left was the reason why. Had to stop one of their aftercare people coming to my house after he was rude and condescending. Calls from senior management promising the world and doing nothing. Sat in my house and promised all would be fixed, over a month later and still chasing them.Be ready to take on the full time job of project manager of every defect to ever get anything resolved. Will never build again.Good luck.

Sienna Home builders have been great and understanding. I've personally experienced a long process at no fault of their own and they have been accommodating to my circumstances, to their credit they never tried to strong arm me. Great to deal with. Special thanks to Fiona.Edited: Updating my review since my build has been completed.I had a number of issues once I settled my property.1: The fibre conduit for the internet was not in its proper exit location, so I couldn't get to it and finalize the internet connection.2.There was a gas leak from the meter3.There was a water leak from the meter4. I couldn't use my upgraded oven due to incorrect installationAfter going back and forth for several months, to their credit, Sienna eventually fixed all these issues. I had friends with other builders go without and never got a resolution. Luckily, I did.
