As soon as i walked into the Miranda store I was greeted by Jess. I dragged my husband into the store to show him the brand that I had fallen in love with. He was instantly impressed with the personalised service. He left with a new set of training gear and hasn't stopped raving about Lululemon.

The service could be better, I love Lululemon but Miranda store definitely needs to lift there game

I love Lululemon so so much and it hurts me to write this, but unfortunately, my experience in this store is why I shop online.Not greeted by staff when I walk in, not sure if it was because Me n my friend were not Caucasian and was pushing a pram?(it is the Shire, let’s not forget about the Cronulla Riots people, jokes…sort of :))Helped my friend find the items she needed since none of the staff wanted to approach and finally flagged a lady to get her in the change rooms. They asked for your name on the door but didn’t even address her by name anyways.My baby started getting upset and after getting a couple of ‘Aaaaw poor baby’ and silly sad face from staff, my postnatal hormones just had to get out of that store.Ended up trying on items to buy online. The process is seamless with express delivery and easy returns. Not going to support ignorant staff tbh.Store is also very small.So, why would I come here?-To try on items.What could improve?-larger range of Lulus, it’s a small shop-more attentive staff offering better customer service.-a more multiculturally diverseTeam? In the cbd And even DFO, I have had extremely great experiences, I’ve found they have a very culturally diverse team?Same time, I saw an older Asian couple try and flag staff down for a different size and the look she just gave to this couple, make me wanted to knock her on the head. English is not their first language but you can understand they need a new size without being condescending!!!I would say this store needs to learn from the Westfield CBD and the Homebush DFO store, I haven’t been back there in awhile but I still remember my positive experiences from those stores.

Went into the miranda store and had the best experience with the team. Renee was fantastic and made shopping a breeze! Can’t wait to wear my new pieces.
