7-Eleven Gosnells

Have frequented this place for a couple of years now and every single time I leave this place impressed by the customer service. It seems everyone who works here is very friendly and professional. Also the sandwiches from this 7/11 are great.

Staff dont honour the offers on the app, blame the system not being up to date, check your receipts. Customer service try to reimburse you with smoothies instead of the money amount. Very strange

Bought a sausage roll. Tasted like it had been sitting in the heating cabinet for at least 24 hrs. Old. Stale. Really awful.

Innocently stepped 3m from my car to pay for fuel before noticing I forgot to put my mask on and was reminded over the speaker. I went in to pay on behalf of my husband as it was extremely busy, whilst sitting in the car waiting for my husband to give the ok. I personally witnessed another lady fill, walk in and pay for her fuel not wearing a mask at all and have a lengthy conversation with the young male attendant laughing with him. Why was nothing mentioned about her minus mask situation? Won’t be going back as I have had several overcharging and disgusting customer service experience with the young staff here. They appear to prioritise their social personal lives over the reason they are at work, not ideal when having a toddler waiting in the car and purposely trying to fill up at quieter times to avoid these waiting times.

sushi there is absolutely disgusting, every single time i’ve gone the sushi rice is old and hard, tuni tastes of and makes me feel sick

Great location just would be good if you could use the atm up until midnight atleast........

Always lovely staff at this 7/11 and a very tidy store, one staff member I believe their name is Kyle has awesome customer service and can make your day.

Staff don’t know what they are doing so a 5 minute fuel trip turned into a 30 minute fuel trip. Consider retraining your staff or have a senior who knows how to work the till on duty at all times. Second bad experience here, won’t visit any 7/11s again
