Took my expensive wertheim vacuum for repair ( under warranty ) as the dust bag door would not close. Only to pick it up to find out door is still not fixed properly and still has major issues closing. Only to be told by service repair no problem found ". Worst service ever. Warranties with Godfreys are worthless."

The manager called me a sick c**t and told me to meet him in the car park at 6pm when he knocked off in front of my 7 & 9 year old sons because I purchased a Vacuum cleaner/went to exchange it because it was shorting out.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The worst experience I have ever encountered. Rude and absolutely pathetic customer service! I bough a vacuum which I was told was premium in quality. Broke down and stopped working 4 months later. I asked for a refund to which they wanted nothing to do with. The manager (who would not give me his name) offered no help and was sarcastic and rude. But just reading from the comments it seems as though this place it notorious for this. I wish I had never shopped here!

DEAD-EYED RUDENESS, WITH HEAD OFFICE SUPPORT! I went to thank GODFREYS HURSTVILLE staff for indulging my quiet 3 year old who is fascinated with vacuum cleaners, and received a lecture on parenting and WHS. I said I was just trying to say thanks, and the lecture was repeated! As I left the store the staff member invaded my personal space . When I said You''re invading my personal space!" He said "Good!" I complained to the company and received another lecture! If they'd spat in my face it wouldn't have been any ruder."
