Caitlin has been doing my lash extensions and brow shaping for 6 months now and she still never fails to amaze me!! Since day one, Caitlin has made me feel very comfortable when coming into the salon as she is always a very bubbly person.

Note: I’m using a fake account because I’m genuinely afraid that the owner will find my personal details but I need to have this said, so that the owner is aware of the faults she made during my appointment.Basically, I paid $150 for a set I didn’t ask for. I specifically asked for a natural hybrid set, but instead walked out with full set of Russian 5D volumes. Towards the end of my set, the owner said to another lash artist “do you usually use 3D with natural hybrids or 5D? Because I usually use 3D but I’m using 5D and these are really full”. That in itself should’ve been enough reason for you to remove the set and start again. I did not ask for Russian volumes, I specifically asked for a natural hybrid set.The results were not my only fault in this business. Throughout my session, i felt as though I was in a high school conversation full of mean girls. The owner and the other lash artists were speaking so poorly on external people, it made me so uncomfortable.This business is lacking professionalism and I am so upset that I spent $150, when it could’ve been spent elsewhere with a better experience and with what I actually wanted.

I've been getting my lashes done at Lashere for the past 9 months from Lash Extensions to Lash Lifts and cannot fault them one bit! Caitlin always takes amazing care of my lashes at every appointment and provides the best products! My lashes have grown an immense amount in a short space of time - thank you forever and always! <3

First place I’ve been to that does lash extentions without fumes/red eyes, if you have sensitive eyes would recommend trying Lashere. My eyes are really sensitive and these have been awesome from day one.I also had brow lamination and dye done, they look sooo much better changed my face. Highly highly recommend this place!!! Caitlin is extremely professional and a absolute gem at what she does.
