I am considering taking up kayaking but wasn’t sure if it would be right for me. Ross spent a fair bit of time with me, taking me through options and couldn’t have been more helpful. His knowledge and passion for the sport is amazing, and I felt very comfortable, not pressured to make an immediate decision. I will be buying a kayak from this store in the very near future.

Being a older retiree needing to update my older kayaking gear, I decided to check out your Belmont shop, When I arrived I was met by the very helpful and knowledgable Ross, I now plan to return to update my lifejacket and paddle clothing, followed by a new carbon paddle in the near future.Thanks again Ross for your advice you were so helpful .

A big thank you to Ross helping us with our recently purchased Stellar double kayak. We had purchased the kayak second hand from a friend and needed some accessories. Ross took great care of us, he absolutely knows kayaking inside out. He was so generous explaining everything, checking and adjusting our roof rack plus advice on paddle techniques. We spent quite a bit of time buying things that we needed. It is rare to find people at retail who are so helpful and knowledgeable. And I say that as a specialist retailer myself. We learned so much from Ross. We live in Sydney. Ross is now our go-to person for all things kayaking. Totally worth the drive up from Sydney. We now have a valued friend in the business.

I bought a sea kayak with Ross a few weeks ago and now I am a kayak lover. Ross is a very unique and passionate Kayak salesman who knows a lot about kayak / SUP! He was very patient and gave me many helpful tips in order to help with the purchase decision. Also helped with the roof rack and showed me the proper way to secure the kayak to the car!I recommend C Kayak and Ross service to all my friends now!

I walked into this store over a year ago as an absolute novice with a penchant to learn to kayak.The manager, Ross, has spent hours over the past 15 months or so helping me. Firstly to choose the right kayak and accessories, then he explained safety and equipment and suggested good safe sites to launch and learn.If I ever need advice or have a question I am always welcomed by Ross and he inevitably points me in the right direction. You just don’t find this kind of service anymore. Can’t recommend this store and manager more highly.

I love Paddlezone. I didn't buy my kayak there I bought it second hand but I had so may other things to buy. Like I needed a safety jacket and a new paddle because the other one was sticking and I needed advice and then I ended up joining a club up there and I live in Sydney. The guy is called Ross, what a character.

I usually shop at Padlezone at Taren Point, but last week swung by the Belmont store for a few things on my way North for the Winter, and had a GREAT experience. The old bloke there (I think he said his name is Ross) seemed like a real enthusiast, and really knew his stuff.I got lots of tips and tricks from him, and upgraded some of my old gear accordingly.Will definitel;y drop in again on my way back South in Spring. Cheers guys.

My wife and I can't thank Ross enough for his caring and thoughtful approach to helping us enter the world of kayaking. We have had a rewarding customer experience. Ross carefully listened to our questions and apprehensions. With a mix of humour and practicality he provided a range of suggestions for suitable kayaks for us. We ended up with 2 kayaks that both met our needs and we really love paddling in. Ross, has also provided terrific after sales service, helping correct a small issue with one kayak and showing us the ropes in how to safely secure and transport them. Pen and I can't recommend Ross and PaddleZone Belmont highly enough for anyone wanting to take up kayaking.
