If you are looking for a company that will say your order has already been dispatched when you request to cancel an order and then they rush through a consignment note within 15 minutes to get it sent to you. ReelTackle is the place to shop - thanks again and never again. I see the bloke who owns it or works there is also one of the 5 star reviews - good work Lance Collins

Great customer service, they called around for me about an inquiry and got back to me within half an hour. I have purchased off them a few times now. Never had any real issues; one of the cheaper online stores with a decent range of stock.
