Needed our hot water cylinder replaced. Showed up an hour late, two guys for what is often a one person job. Thought it would be quicker but it wasn't. Installed a different brand without consultation (resulting in 3 years less warranty protection). They forgot to do something to the scald limiting device which meant our hot water wasn't hot enough until we got someone to come back. Didn't receive an invoice for 3 weeks and when we did they tried to charge for an extra hour of labour for both guys. Express Plumbing did remove the excess labour charges, and gave a small discount on the cylinder, on request. Hot water is still cooler than with the old cylinder.

Easy to deal with, booked them to move an outside water tap and change and install a new shower unit. The work was completed without any problems.

I think Express Plumbing is an excellent company. They have always been very prompt in coming to my house whenrequested. The job is done well and the receptionist on the phone is very helpful. Thank you!

Having 3-4 of their vehicles constantly blocking the only narrow entrance of Richardson Ave, Dynnyrne during this week 5-10 March. The big truck is right in the no-parking zone leaving all vehicles entering Richardson Ave in risk of hitting incoming traffic. I cannot imagine that the quality of work of someone cannot even park well and be irresponsible for the safety of the community.

Called mid-day on a Friday, arrived within the hour, clear communication, options discussed and solution found. What could have been a real bad day saved.Thanks!

Thanks to Peter for a great job. They are actual plumbers unlike a competitor who is more interested in charging for some great technology but not actually fixing things.

Express plumbing completed our bathroom installation, good thing to as my husband thought he was a plumber. The guys attended, fixed what was wrong and did a great job. Happy to use them again

20 minute response time, unbelievably quick, I didn't have time to clear under sink cupboard! Friendly and cheerful workers, new kitchen tap installed and washers replaced in shower, very quick work, both difficult jobs as not straightforward. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.
