Oriental Massage & Acupuncture - Burwood

Went for Cupping. The lady was in a hurry. She answered a phone call in the middle of the process. The man on the phone said he was on the way to pick her up. Suddenly I felt sharp burning pain on my back and smelled burning smell. She burned me!!!!!!!!!!!!. She dropped the burning cotton ball on to my back. The cotton ball was not dry but wet (soaked with alcohol) !!!!!!! she tried to use the towel (not clean) or her hands to clean the burned area. I stopped her and asked her to use clean tissue and medicine etc. she went out, left the door wide open, then came back with some sort of medicine ( she said). I was unable to look as I still had some cups on my shoulders and back. She applied something onto my skin, said she wouldn’t charge me then left. I heard loud conversation outside of the room. A little later a man walked into my room and looked at my back, said what’s wrong with you, sounded like he was shocked, then he went out, left the door open, came back again in a couple of minutes and started to take off all of the cups. I asked him if the woman had gone home. He said yes, the woman had fished her work for the day. I asked him how my back looked like, he would not tell me, just said: “tonight you don’t take shower, be careful, don’t touch water or dirty stuff in case you get infection ........” I knew it must be pretty bad as the pain was worse .He offered bottle of iodine . I guess that was the “medicine “ used on my back by the lady. I refused and went straight to the Myhealth Burwood Medical Center . The doctor professionally treated me. I need to go back to the medical center for the next 7 days. The doctor also said quite big area was red, two deeper burned small areas and I would definitely have a scar on my skin forever . I wish I had done Google search and seen the comments here before I dropped by this place. What a nightmare.I was diagnosed as 2nd degree burn which is serious burn. The boss refused any kind of compensation instead he tried to bully and threatened me. The place doesn’t have any 1st aid equipment. The worst place I have ever seen. Don’t go , they don’t care about your life but money.Today is the 4th day after the burn. My doctor gave me Teatnus antitoxin vaccination when I went back to change the dressing.

Very bad customer service! Staff Over charged fee and rejected to refund! Such a worst experience! I won’t go back again.Highly not recommend this massage shop.

Got a massage with my partner and the ladies massaging kept having thier own conversation the whole time.

Not really professional, especially with reception services. Beware, cos the staff don't necessarily take notice of prior bookings. So one might turn up and find that the joint has double booked over one's much earlier booking.!!

Had the worst experience with this place recently. Checked out the website and thought it would be decent and professional. We went and found out it was the totally opposite. The workers were unprofessional by talking and laughing loudly in the room. We requested to go softer on the massage because they were digging into our bones but they did not respect it and keep going with the same strength. Also the door was widely open and they would chat with other workers outside the door while massaging.Would not recommend this place as their massage was not good (digging into bones and not muscles), unprofessional and disrespectful.

Absolutely the worst massage i have had in my life. The ladies were beyond rude and asked us 4 times had we paid when we booked before they could even find our booking. Dont waste your time let alone money.
