I’m not pizza person, but I was like pizza mode so tried here. It was the best pizza in my life. I got for dinner, but I was touched the taste, so I got next day lunch too. Staff are all nice as well. If I have a chance to come to Coober Pedy, I will be back!

Great pizza at a great price. We appreciated that we could order a large and do half and half on the specialty pizza which made it a very economical meal (we disagree on if pineapple should be on pizza...). They definitely do not skimp on the toppings! There's plenty of seating but be prepared for a wait at peak meal times.

Best pizza we've all had in a long while (2 from NSW, 2 from Vic)! We can recommend the lamb spartan and the chicken stay pizzas. One of us GF, medium size. Generous toppings, excellent flavours, Thanks :)

Australia's 'most famous' pizza bar - John's does not let you down. If you can't find a pizza you like here, you don't like pizza!Other dishes (burgers, pasta, lasagna, etc.) can be found here as well, but it's called 'Pizza Bar' for a reason!And while you're here, please give the splendid staff your biggest smile - they deserve every ounce of respect!

Walking in the front door, I knew this place was going to be good.. heaps of customers ( that says plenty) 6 staff members working flat out pumping out very tasty pizzas like a production line. only disappointing thing was there was no Emu for my Coat of Arms pizza so smokey Kangaroo it was

This is our second attempt to come try their pizza. In our first visit, the restaurant was packed with diners and pizza waiting time is approximately 2 hours. So skip.Service [4] Ambient [3] Friendly staff and help to arrange tables and chairs as we came in large group. Seatings are standard indoor while outdoor also available if you braved the wind.Food [3.5]. This time the pizza wait time is only 30 mins so we didn't have to starve (or sort of go very hungry). Pizza were okay. The Satay Pizza didn't have the great satay flavour nor taste. We had two large bowls of wedges but it seems not that large. I wonder how is like for Small and Medium.I didn't review other food from the menu but can see from other diners who ordered the Parma Chicken and Pasta, the portion look big. Too bad, we won't be here for long to try others as heading south soon.

What a delicious pizza! One of the best I've had in Australia, and to find it in such a remote town is both surprising and awesome.Kind & friendly staff. 15-20 min wait time because its a popular spot. I had gluten free pizza (John's special) , it's +5$ for GF and comes only in Medium Size. Very good for being GF as well!

Perfect pizza, and it was served sooner than I expected, with much better quality than I anticipated, the coat of arms pizza with kangaroo and emu, was delicious—I only wish I had’ve ordered two instead!
