Very poor customer service.Received a faulty item from this business and emailed them in December 2021 regarding a replacement. Each time I emailed them I received a message saying my case was being reviewed, each time the case number changing. It is now 6th of February 2022 and I've contacted the manufacturer's Australian agent with an immediate and friendly response on returning the faulty item for a new one.

Did my own research. Just bought a telescope that was on special. Didn't talk to anyone. Part turned up as advertised in good time. Happy with what they did. Not much else I can add.

Attempted to purchase a BCD600 scope from this supplier twice 1 year apart.On both occasions they happily took my money and a day later send me an email stating the product was Out of Stock".When contacted on both occasions they stated the scope was listed on their website as "On Request Only" and would take 3 months to acquire stock.This seller lists products for sale

OzScopes are great. I bought a Celestron Nexstar Evolution from them which l picked up personally from the store. Mike the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helped me greatly in selecting the right telescope for my price range and functionality requirements. I had a small issue with the finder scope and when l contacted them, they sent out a replacement. Great service, would buy from there again.
