Best hot chocolate in the center, only bad thing is that they generally shut everything before 4 and sadly aren’t open later, they are also a little bit pricey but thankfully the staff there are genuine and nice. Oh and a loyalty program would be a nice addition considering I come here 3-4 times a week :)

Avoid! Adds tap water to the milkshakes.The owner/attendant was on his phone. Holding it shoulder to ear. He served the previous customer like that. I was politely waiting until he finished his phone call, but he called me forward continuing to hold the phone between chin and shoulder.I ordered a vanilla malted milkshake for my son.The guy, still talking to his phone, started making my milkshake holding the milk shake cup under the tap and ADDING TAP WATER instead of/in addition to, the regular ingredients. WATERED DOWN MUCH!!!!!For a minute I was to astonished to react and I also got me to thinking oh well maybe there is some special method to this that I am unfamiliar with. So I paid for my milkshake.And guess how it tastes? LIKE WATERY MILK of course!!!The guy was still on the phone so ... yeah.AVOID!!

I have on a couple of previous occasions used this shop but never had a favourable customer service experience as I have today.I think the young gentleman's name is Jarrod and being a frontline person in retail myself I can say he exceeds all customer service skills. A very happy, polite, accommodating & professional person & is an asset to this business.This gentleman deserves a pay rise.Thank you & keep up the excellent work.

Bought 3 skim flat white coffees at around 11.30 Monday. Milk was sour and coffees un-drinkable. We tried to return them but server was away from the shop for the approx 30 minutes we hung around. Gave up in the end.

Coffee was burned and don't even get me started on the customer service (or lack thereof). The man making the coffee was annoyed/angry whilst making the terrible coffee and slammed the cup on the counter when he was done. I don't know whose writing these reviews!
