The call centre people were very professional. The tech Frank was polite, punctual and knew his job well. The job threw a couple of surprises at him, and a no point did he let it get to him. He just got on with the job of sorting it out. All of this at a very reasonable price. Well done Frank and Mr antenna. ✌
