The Bracken Ridge Wednesday class has been a great addition to my 14 year old son's training. He relishes in the encouragement and instruction to improve his technique while still enjoying the fun it encompasses. The team of instructors are fabulous and so approachable.

Both my daughters enjoy going to the classes here. This is our 3rd year. The hall is clean and has good facilities. The instructors are kind, helpful and skillful.

Highly recommend JKA Karate Brisbane. My son loves doing Karate here. They do a great job of teaching Karate, but in the process the students learn so much more. They learn and use the Japanese Karate language, self discipline, self respect, respect for others, confidence, kindness, body coordination, leadership skills, etc. It's also great to see how proud the students are when they pass another grading.

My Son is doing Karate here and he's really enjoying it. It's teaching him more than karate moves, like discipline and improving his self confidence. The Sensei's are great with the kids.

I started both my children, 6yrs and 8yrs at the beginning of term 3 this year. We had been to martial arts classes elsewhere before but it became much too expensive to commit to. JKA is extreme value for money with the classes they have per week for each age group.I signed my two children up, each for very different reasons.My Son, to help with his confidence, push him out of his comfort zone, increase his focus and obviously to improve his self defence and fitness skills.My daughter, to help her channel her emotions, focus her determination towards perfecting a practical life skill that could one day protect her and keep her safe.Both of them have taken to the challenge exceedingly well and have loved every minute of it. On top of those things they have also made a new group of friends.I also joined, only half way through term 4, but in that time I am very surprised of how much I have been able to achieve in my lessons. My fitness has improved as well as seeing a goal that I can work towards just by committing to continue and take on the challenge.The Senseis are excellent, and make the lessons fun but very focused and insightful. With the number of students there are in each class, there is a great deal of guidance that can be given by each Sensei to make sure everyone understands what to do.I can't rate JKA highly enough, and I know we will see out our years there until my children and I reach our black belts.Thank you to the whole team at JKA!

I highly recommend JKA Karate Brisbane @ Bracken Ridge. The kids classes are great with a nice balance between discipline and fun. The instructors are very patient with the kids and the classes are great for helping kids developing personal confidence.

I can highly recommend JKA Brisbane. The club has very experienced and dedicated instructors that makes the classes interesting for high ranks as well as beginners. Regular activities such as tournaments, camps and seminars are great opportunities for fun and development.

We love this club. My kids have been coming here for 2 years and have learned so much and it has improved their confidence. The instructors are really friendly and so patient. We would definitely recommend JKA Karate Brisbane.
