Consistently price gouging-profiteering-ripping off customers.Prices here can fluctuate 30-40 cents per litre in a day depending on what holidays are around.When I moved into the area I used this service station as it was conveniently on the way. Poor staff service and consistently higher fuel prices have turned me away from here. Prices at this BP are ALWAYS much higher than everywhere else. They don't care because they know that people will use them due to the convenience factor. I now drive past this servo and out of my way to use another service station. This servo needs to be investigated for price gouging (as do most of them anyway). I now take a photo every time I pass which I will provide to the consumer affairs authorities to prove my point.

went to inflate my tyres on my push bike cause they were low started on my back tyre it let all the air out but didnt pump it up ive used this station on many occasions with no problems when i went to enquire about it the assistant (and i use that term loosely) he knew nothing so after working all night i had to walk home wont use these guys again

Best servo in area regarding customer service. Really friendly staff. I always go there.

Very poor service. The staff member in store didn't know what he was doing and was fidgeting around in the store for about 10 minutes rather than turning on the bowsers. Didn't even know what BPMe was.

Consistently higher diesel prices compared to every other service station including other BP’s.For the last 3 months it’s been $1.50 everywhere else is 1.37.

I use this service station on a regular basis to buy fuel, drinks etc. this morning I went in just to use the toilet on my way to work.One of the reasons I stop at BP stations is because they always have toilets available. On this occasion I was verbally abused by the shop owner for using the toilet and not making a purchase.It's sad to see the last bit of service at a service station disappearing due to greedy money hungry businesses.

The guy serving me was little rude just now. He was annoyed when I did not understand what he was asking (receipt).Its a customer SERVICE job, the least you can do is be friendly with the customers. Hope the feedback is shared with the staff.

I'm an Uber driver and needed to use the toilet at 2am in the morning, I wasn't allowed and I also went to Stafford McDonald's and they wouldn't allow me either.

Closed before 6:15pm when they say open til 10 online. This has happened several times now. What’s the point in a service station that can’t provide any services because they always close early?

I've been here twice now and had issues. Both times, the pumps were faulty (different pumps); clicked off indicating the tank was full when it wasn't.
