By far the worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Took my business elsewhere and will never again step foot in booths Tuggerah.Disgraceful

Would not recommend taking any vehicle to be serviced at booths Tuggerah. After taking my triton back on 4 different occasions, to have a idle issue repaired, the problem is still not fixed. I've been told different things everytime I take it back, and now, im told it's my problem, that I must have put dirty fuel in it, and, to take it somewhere else to have it's injectors cleaned. But this issue was there from when the ute was brand new. I just had a service done where i was called, to be informed that my front brakes needed replacing. So i said go ahead. Now on the way home, the steering wheel is shaking when I apply the brake. I called the service Manager and was told that means your brake rotors need machining. My comment to him was

Were really helpful. I was not overwhelmed by a salesman trying to get me to spend more and get finance. I bought the car I wanted for the price I could afford. All sales staff were gentlemen and made me feel totally comfortable with my decision. I drove away in new used car completely happy with my car.

I would absolutely love to share my horrible and intimidating experience with your male staff member from the service department...But you would definitely not want my experience on your reviews!!You will be seeing my husband and i tomorrow this absolutely is not on!!And I will be standing up for all the women and possibly men that walk into that department and feel belittled and intimated!!!

I would NOT recommend Booth Tuggerah as I purchased a Hyundai Venue from Booths and was in formed of a recall relating to a seat belt issue which may cause physical harm back in September (09/2022) last year and am still waiting to have it repaired. I do think I have been very patient however this is no longer a reasonable time frame.

Linda on reception was very helpful. Greg in the Service bay was warm and friendly and went above his duties.I'm impressed with the whole experience.Thank you to the team.Take care and stay safe,Julie.
