Started my partners refund 1 month ago and still no refund. No calls, emails or messages via the assisted online site to let us know why it's taking so long. Messages have been sent by us but no reply. Also tried telling my partner $700 will be deducted as he didn't do he tax last year when he did it with them! Useless & never going to H&R block again.

We payed H&R Block Bunbury to lodge our tax for 2 years, signed all of the documents and left happy until we recieved $1900 of fines for late lodgement because they never actually lodged it. We are now in the process of trying to rectify their mistake and the communication is non existent, and they have become quite hard to get answers from.Very disappointed.

Heard good things about H&R Block so thought I'd book myself in and check them out. I'm so glad I did. The lady who dealt with me, Deborah Bowman was a lovely lady and knew her stuff like the back of her hand. Very impressive! And the place had a very warm cozy feeling which made it a very relaxing and positive experience and to top it off my case was all sorted out in one efficient seamless short session. Great service! I'll be back every year for sure :)

Absolutely appallingly my wife and i went in together because we have an investment property.After 3 weeks we check with the ATO and our paperwork had not been logged, H&R just hadn't gotten around to it.Offered a discount if we use them again next year, just not good enough enjoy our $400+ dollars it will be the last from us.

Bunbury H&R Block I have been getting my annual tax returns processed through them consistently, theres no way I would go elsewhere and no way I would attempt to do my tax return myself. Every year I obtain the maximum return and I am always suprised to receive the outcome I do thanks to H&R Block.
