I visited the store on 14/01/23. The two customer service staff working on that were great. I was told by road assist my battery died and I had to buy a new one. I decided just to take the jump start and head to Repco. The guys give me a battery test for free, and found out the battery was fine. They did not try sell me anything just for the sake of selling, and gave me advice about how to handle the battery for a car with not much daily use. Gladly impressed by the customer service.

Terrible service today from Adam at Repco Albion. He got frustrated and was quickly angered while making my purchase today. Not a great way to treat your trade customer nor any customers that are buying goods from you. I'll take my business elsewhere now

Comically Useless Staff.Walked in today at 4.30pm and the guy at the front desk was bringing in the outside advertising banner (they close at 5pm). That's all fine.As I walked in he was behind the desk staring at the ceiling. I said hi mate" and he looked at me like I had 2 heads and didn't say a word. I could only laugh.Less than 10 seconds later the only other staff member in the shop let out one of the loudest burps I've ever heard and it echoed around the store. The other guy behind the counter laughed.I had about $600 worth of items I was going to purchase

There’s a huge lack of product knowledge here. Asked for precision tweezers to then be told they don’t sell them. Walked a metre away and found a whole bunch on the shelf… it’s a pretty small store so Staff really should have a great grasp on what products are sold there… however, the positive was that the store is clean and well stocked/presented.

Friendly and professional staff.Parking in front of the steps can be blocked if someone parks by the driveway. The other parking isn't too far away though.

The team's very accomodating and helpful although the whole shop today is so hot (air con not working?). Brought the battery charger I bought two weeks ago, as well as the car battery that has been idle for some time. The Repco personnel found out that the cells are already damaged and the battery need replacement. The reason why the battery's not charging.With the guidance of his manager, they replaced the battery for free as is it still under warranty (11th month of 30-month warranty period).

Left work an hour early (unpaid) to make it before closing time, staff member was very unfriendly and unaccommodating when asking about a price of a product.Have used plenty of other Repco stores and all have been great but this one.So drove down the road and used a competitor, who was super friendly and more than willing to help me out.
