Why have online enquiries when no one replies to them?

What I was informed from another business, the issue with my car was was a blown head gasket. I was told it would cost me in excess of 10000 dollars. I took my car to gn for a second opinion and they diagnosed the issue as being a faulty radiator cap. It cost me less than 200 dollars. If you want to take your car to an honest mechanic.........take it to gn.

Lovely to deal with an organized professional team. We are visitors from NSW. We needed a 160,000 km service done. Another business in Broome quoted $1,700. We rang GN they sent a quote within 4 hours. Less than 1/4 the price of our previous quote. They did a more thorough check than our regular mechanic. Thank you to all your staff. Disappointing. Had our car in to have the service and brakes done. Asked them to look into problems we were having with our starter while it was in there and was told they would have a look when I dropped it off at 730am. They had the car all day and when I picked it up once it was “ready” I was told that they didn’t have time to look at the starter issues as the starter is hard to get at on this model of landcruiser and they are booked out, so no time to look at it the next day.Guess what part started smoking and almost burned a bunch of wiring a few days later? The starter! Super frustrating that they didn’t even bother to look at the starter at all. I get there are time constraints sometimes in mechanic shops (I have worked in a few myself) but come on you guys, some jobs just have to go longer then you may have initially planned. Brutal. If you would have told me up front you didn’t have time then I would have went elsewhere.

Best mechanics, I would recommend GN mechanical to everyone as they are better then the rest.
