Don't use this firm. We asked them to come in and help fix a problem with our floors. Initially very friendly and helpful, but in the end didn't do what we asked and didn't bother to do the stairs at all.. They are a completely different colour to the the lounge floor. I was told that it was a different type of wood and I stupidly believed them and paid. Since then we have had a real expert in who has told us there is no reason why the stairs couldn't be matched with the floors and that they had not been sanded back at all - just buffed. Very disappointing to be lied to in that way.
